Many Ghanaian football fans believe Asamoah Gyan’s new deal in Turkey is a good one

Asamoah Gyan’s two-year contract with Kayserispor has been embraced with joy by Ghanaian football loving fans.

Gyan, 31 became a free agent following the end of his loan spell with Al Ahli Dubai from Shanghai SIPG.

Several clubs were in the race for his signature but he has ended up joining Kayserispor after completing talks with the club president President, Erol Bedir on Wednesday.

A statement on the club’s website read: An agreement has been reached with world famous footballer Asamoah Gyan to join Kayserispor.

President Dr Erol BEDİR, actor Asamoah GYAN, Gökhan Altıntaş, Tuna Kaya and our club officials have signed a 2 + 1 year contract with the Ghanaian in the last meeting in Istanbul.

Our president Dr.Erol BEDİR and Asamoah GYAN will move to Kayseri with 21.20 plane tonight.
