Liverpool completes signing of Nigerian wonderkid

Liverpool have completed the signing of Nigerian teenage sensation Bobby Adekanye from Barcelona.

Adekanye was on the books of Barcelona but could not play as a result of a ban over irregularities in his signing for the Catalonia club.

The 16-year-old who spent last season on loan at PSV Eindhoven took to his Instagram to announce that his move to Liverpool has been completed.

Adekanye who has played for the Netherlands U-16 posted a photo of himself at Liverpool.

His dad confirmed to that he is in talks with The Reds over the tranfer.

“It is true that Liverpool are interested in Bobby Adekanye, I am about to have a meeting now, ” said Ademola Adekanye is quoted to say by the website.

Adekanye left Nigeria to Amsterdam with his family when he was four and joined Ajax at a very young age.
