Bozoma Saint John marries Keely Watson in lavish traditional Ghanaian wedding

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and marketing executive Bozoma “Boz” Saint John has married her fiancé, Keely Watson, in a colourful traditional Ghanaian wedding ceremony in Accra.

The ceremony, held on Friday, August 21, at the residence of former President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo, brought together hundreds of guests for a celebration filled with Ghanaian culture, fashion and traditional customs.

The wedding marked the first of two celebrations planned by the couple, with a second ceremony expected to take place in Los Angeles in November.

Saint John, who was born to Ghanaian parents, became a Ghanaian citizen in 2022 and has often spoken about her strong connection to the country. Watson also became a Ghanaian citizen in 2024.

The star-studded ceremony attracted several Ghanaian and international celebrities, including Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage, who was seen dancing energetically at the reception in an off-shoulder Kente-inspired gown.

Footage of the singer enjoying the celebration quickly gained attention on social media.

Several members of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast also travelled to Ghana to celebrate with Saint John.

Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards, Sutton Stracke and Kathy Hilton were among those spotted in Accra ahead of the ceremony. Their visit included pre-wedding activities that were filmed for the show's upcoming season.

The wedding showcased Ghanaian traditions through its décor, fashion and ceremonial elements, with Kente featuring prominently throughout the celebration.

Saint John also made a statement in a custom Kente gown as she exchanged vows with Watson, adding a distinctly Ghanaian touch to the high-profile celebration.

With celebrities from Ghana and beyond joining the festivities, the wedding offered a colourful blend of Ghanaian tradition and Hollywood glamour.
