Bangladesh have named a 14-man squad for the first two T20s versus Zimbabwe with Shuvagata Hom among the uncapped call-ups.

Uncapped trio Shuvagata Hom, Abu Hider and Nurul Hasan have been included in Bangladesh's squad for the first two Twenty20 internationals against Zimbabwe.

Hom has played in seven Tests and four one-day internationals for the national team and will now get his opportunity in shortest format.

Paceman Hider took 21 wickets in the Bangladesh Premier League for winners Comilla Victorians, for whom Hom also played.

Nurul is included having shown good form in domestic cricket and for Bangladesh A.

Shakib Al Hasan and Soumya Sarkar return to the 14-man squad having missed the November T20 series against Zimbabwe.

The teams face in off in four T20s in Khulna, the first of which takes place on January 15.
