200g of natural Yoghurt

1 teaspoon of grated Ginger

Place the Beetroot juice, yoghurt and your preferred spice into a blender.

Blend everything into a smooth  consistency.

Transfer into a glass and refrigerate for at least an hour for a cold drink.
