Method
Soak local rice for about 2 to 3 hours, add onions and blend.

Add yeast (proportional) to soaked rice and cover for about 3 to 4hours or overnight until it rises
Add a little baking powder, also in proportion to the mixture, to soften it, and sugar or salt to taste.
Begin to fry in little oil using a spoon of the size of your choosing. Do not leave to be too brown
