A few hours after the New Patriotic Party (NPP) launched 'Donate For Change' campaign in a bid to generate enough resources for the upcoming polls in November, some Ghanaians on social media, especially Twitter launched a counterattack against the party.

Some of them took to the micro-blogging site to express their disapproval for the #DonateForChange campaign and even made mockery of the party's front runner, Nana Akufo-Addo.
