Mahatma Otoo signs for Turkish side Ümranıyespor

Former Ghana Premier League topscorer Mahatma Otoo has completed a move to the second-tier Turkish side on a free transfer.

Mahatma Otoo has signed a six months deal with Ümranıyespor in the Turkish second tier league, after his contract with Songdal expired.

The former Hearts of Oak striker successfully passed his medical on Tuesday and put pen to paper to finalise a deal that will keep him at the Turkish club outfit until the end of the season.

Mahatma Otoo has played 20 league games and has found the back of the net three times in the ongoing  Norwegian topflight league.

The 24-year-old has joined compatriot Seidu Salifu at Ümranıyespor.

Otoo who emerged as the topscorer of the Ghana Premier League in the 2012-13 season joined Songdal in 2013, following a good season on the domestic scene.
