According to him, he is in talks with his legal team to challenge the Commission’s list of some 56,000 names it says registered with the health insurance card.

The commission on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 announced that it had already deleted the names in compliance with the court’s order and will give the affected persons the opportunity to re-register from Monday, July 18 to Fiday, 28 if they are able to prove their Ghanaian citizenship.

It subsequently released the list of some 56,772 persons whose names were captured on the electoral roll on Thursday.

But in an interview on Accra-based Joy FM, Abu Ramadan said the number of names submitted and errors recorded make it difficult to accept.“We may go back to court to debate the numbers,” he told Accra-based Joy FM.

He argued that the list contains what appears to be car numbers and telephone numbers, a claim pro-opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) group Let My Vote Count Alliance (LMVCA) has said many times.
