Bawumia interpreted some data for partisan advantage – IMANI Ghana

According to Dr. Bawumia the country’s total debt at government’s rate of borrowing will hit $42 billion dollars by the end of December 2016.

Policy think tank, IMANI Ghana has taken swipe at the running mate of the New Patriotic Party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for “interpreting unfairly ” some data for “partisan advantage”.

Dr. Bawumia at a public lecture at the National Theatre on Thursday, September 8, under the theme: ‘State of Ghana’s Economy – Foundation of Concrete or Straw?’, labelled President Mahama's administration as the worst in the history of the Ghana and some revelations made on the economy.

A statement signed by IMANI Ghana said, some of the claims as presented by Bawumia are “unfair interpretation of data for partisan advantage”.
