NDC to hold final rally today

The governing National Democratic Congress, (NDC) will today (Monday, December 5) hold its final rally ahead of the national election on Wednesday, December 7.

The NDC’s rally will be held at the Accra Sports Stadium.

In an interview with pulse.com.gh the campaign coordinator of the NDC Kofi Adams said they are expecting thousands of party members from across the country to be present at the final rally.

“It is our hope everything will work out well. We are expecting party members from all over the country at the Accra Sports Stadium.”

He explained that President Mahama who will address the crowd is expected to speak on “reasons why he should be retained and what he will be doing if he is given the nod to continue with his presidency for another four years.”

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) held its final rally on Sunday, December 4. However, Kofi Adams said the numbers present at the rally does not worry them since “we believe we have more numbers than them.”

The NDC rally is expected to bring all the bigwigs and supporters of the party to the Accra Sports Stadium for the mammoth rally.

Meanwhile, the NDC is expected to address a press conference at their party’s headquarters in the Greater Accra region before the mammoth rally.
