Man arrested for double voting at Old Tafo

The was arrested and sent to the Old Tafo Police station.

Reports making rounds on social media indicate that a man in the Tafo Pankrono constituency in the Ashanti Region has been whisked away by the police after it was found out that he voted twice.

The man went through the Biometric Verification Machine (BVM) to check his information and was asked to sign the manual verification sheet.

EC officials and political party representatives rushed to stop the man from dropping the ballots in the presidential ballot box after he casted his vote.

He was arrested and sent to the Old Tafo Police station.
