Member of Parliament for Ledzokuku Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Sena Okity Duah is projected to lose to Dr. Okoe Boye in the parliamentary race according to provisional figures.

Okoe Boye polled 45,259 votes as against 43,092 votes recorded by Mrs. Okity-Duah.

Nana Akufo-Addo polled 43,878 whiles President John Mahama of the NDC had 44,296 in the presidential race.

Over the years, MPs in the area have only enjoyed one term making it one of the toughest constituencies in the country and the decider of the presidential seat.

Though there are few more polling stations to be counted, supporters have already started celebrating as they are optimistic of victory for Nana Akufo-Addo and the parliamentary candidate.
