Actress to star alongside Tom Hanks in 'The Circles'

According to Deadline, Emma Watson is set to star alongside Tom Hanks in upcoming movie 'The Circle.'

The 'Beauty and the Beast' actress replaces Alicia Vikander, who was earlier announced as lead actress in the upcoming feature adaptation of Dave Eggers’ novel.

Written and to be directed by Ponsoldt, 'The Circle' is being produced by Tom Hanks alongside Gary Goetzman, Anthony Bregman, and Ponsoldt.

'The Circle' is a 2013 novel which chronicles tech worker Mae Holland as she joins a powerful Internet company which starts out as an incredibly rewarding experience, but as she works there longer things start to fall apart.
