Hollywood stars Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are in negotiations to produce a new movie about the high-profile FIFA scandal.

According to , Warner Bros has acquired the rights for 'Houses Of Deceit', an upcoming book by BuzzFeed investigative reporter Ken Bensinger, following an eight day bidding war.

The book is said to be the definitive account of former FIFA executive and General Secretary of CONCACAFChuck Blazer's involvement in the widespread corruption surrounding the soccer league.

Friends,  Ben and Matt are planning to produce the movie with their production company Pearl Street Films.

Blazer stole at least $15 million in compensation payments from CONCACAF, including unauthorized payments of more than $11 million in commissions, $3.5 million in fees, and more than $837,000 in rent expenses, according to the integrity report.

The 69-year-old however pleaded guilty in the US Justice Department's corruption investigation some years ago.
