Biagi recovered from an ankle problem to face England on Sunday, but the lock suffered a fractured rib during the 40-9 hammering in Rome.
Furno missed the defeat to England and the 23-21 loss to Paris in the opening game of the tournament, but the Newcastle Falcons second row is back in contention to take on Vern Cotter's men at Stadio Olimpico next Saturday.
Valerio Bernabo and Furno will compete for a place in Jacques Brunel's starting line-up alongside Marco Fuser.
Furno has fond memories of facing Scotland in the Six Nations last year, having scored a try in the 22-19 victory at Murrayfield.
