The 21-year old was earlier reported to have caught the attention of several clubs, both local and international, with Asante Kotoko making known their intentions of signing the player.

However, George Afriyie has put the entire transfer speculation to bed by confirming that the diminutive playmaker is set for a spell in South Africa’s PSL.

“We have actually received an offer from a Club in South Africa for Latif [Blessing], and we are ready to let him go because we think the offer is good,” he said on Nhyira Fm.

“We compared the offer to the ones we have received so far and we think this is better so he might leave before the season begins.”

Latif Blessing scored a total of 17 goals to clinch the goal king gong in last season’s Ghana Premier League.
