Amed Toure of Bechem United and five (5) other scooped the Most Valuable Player of the match in six different league centres on match day 14 of the Ghana Premier League.

The Ghana Premier League MVP award has been taken to another level with with players upping their games, after NASCO Electronics  came on board to sponsor the match day award for outstanding performers across the various centres.

At Dansoman, Samuel Sarfo scored twice as Liberty edged Tema Youth 2-1 and was named the Man of the Match, while, Francis Atsu of Gt. Olympics second goal nailed Asante Kotoko in the coffin when they crushed the Porcupine Warriors in Accra on Saturday.

Isaac Twum was the only one among the six winners of the Man of the Match award, despite not finding the back of the net in Inter Allies' 3-0 win against Bolga All Stars.

Anokye was a pillar in defence as he cleared most of the dangerous balls to help Aduana Stars pip Berekum Chelsea on Sunday and he was subsequently named the most outstanding player in the game.

In Cape Coast Raphael Mensah's double set the tone for Dwarfs 4-1 victory over Ashanti Gold and it came as no surprise that he won the Man of the Match.

The six awardees were handed a NASCO Legacy X5 phone each, as the prize from the sponsors for their outstanding performances.
