Wa All Stars are just four points above the relegation zone after amassing 25 points from 20 games played.

“Yes it’s true management took the decision that he should step aside because as we can all see, our performance in the league is not the best so far,” General Manager  Seth Pawun told Starr Sports.

“His assistant will lead the team for the rest of the remaining games.”

Adepa has struggled throughout a feeble title defence, bewildering players with tactics and team selection, but the club's hierarchy are still facing severe criticism after opting to dismiss the young coach.

And with Wa All Stars only four points off the Premier League’s relegation zone the club have acted in a desperate bid to avoid relegation to Division One.
