He said the accused person is a labourer who carries food from the school caterer during feeding hours to the school.

However, on February 9, this year, during the school first break, the 11 year old victim asked the other victim to accompany her to their house at Bortianor.

Attanu stopped the two on their way home and lured them into an uncompleted building, where he had sex with them after promising them some money.

Chief Inspector Francis Tarsan said after the act, the accused gave the victims GHc5.00 to share.

The 11-year-old victim, however, informed her head teacher who subsequently alerted the mother of the victim.

A complaint was made to the Police on February 16, this year, and medical forms were issued to the two victims to seek medical care.

The medical form of the 11-year-old later confirmed that she had been defiled. The 12-year-old, however, returned her forms over financial difficulties.

The accused was arrested by the Police but he has since denied the offense.
