Leicester City defender Jeffrey Schlupp is facing six weeks on the sidelines after undergoing hamstring surgery at the Princess Grace Hospital in Nottingham Palace, London.

The 22-year-old missed Leicester's 3-2 away win over Everton at the Goodison Park last Saturday after suffering a hamstring injury last week at training and went under the knife on Sunday to find a permanent remedy for his recurring injury.
The Ghana international will now require some time on the sidelines to make a full recovery.
Schlupp last featured for Leicester's 3-0 away win over Swansea on December 5.
He has scored 1 goal in 14 Premier League appearances for the Foxes this season.
