She drew this conclusion from what she saw after mixing the said sugar with her beverage.

In the said video, the woman, after applying milk to her tea bag appeared wholesome.

However, a few minutes after applying the white substance supposed to be sugar, the content changed colour. The beverage became brown and had floating bubbles which appeared foamy.

She believes that the sugar is fake and is cautioning the general public to be careful of what they buy.

The Food and Drugs Authority is yet to comment on the video.
