The Togloese international joined the Accra based club on a three-year deal from Burkinabe second tier side Santos and he was one of the club’s best players despite the Accra giants poor display.

Foovi in his debut season, scored eleven goals in all competition and he is eyeing a better second season with the Phobians and has targeted 18 goals in the upcoming season.

“The season is about to start and I’m sure my second season will be great because last season was my debut and the players and condition in the country was new to me. But now I’m familiar with everything around me,” Foovi toldPulse.com.gh.

“Last season in all competition I scored 11 goals and in the coming season I will do better, my target is to score 18 goals in order to help my club challenge for the league title and the FA Cup so the other clubs should watch out for us,” he added.
