Hot-blooded soldier shoots Okada rider to death for parking at a restricted location

According to reports, the officer claimed the deceased rider Leonard Komora had trespassed a Kenya Navy Barracks area restricted to soldiers only.

It is not clear if the naval officer had instructed the young rider to move out of the restricted area and he disobeyed, which cannot justify his shooting though.

What is also not clear is if the deceased was aware of the said area being a security zone out of bounds for civilians.

Hopefully, the Kenyan authorities will investigate the matter to let justice prevail.
