According to the prosecution represented by an officer at the Attorney General’s office, the delay in presenting the bail of indictment is a result of the failure of the police to forward case docket to the AG on time.

The 22-year-old man Lucas Agboyie, alias “Sympathy”, has been charged with murder.

Confessing in court on his first appearance in September 2016, Agboyie threw his arms wildly about as he described events that led to the little girl’s death.
