The son of the actor, Prince Donkoh in an interview with Gatuso on Aben Woha on Kasapa FM disclosed that his father had been sick for the past two (2) years.

Katawere died on Monday, November 14, at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra.

Known for his magnificent interpretations of roles in movies, Katawere has featured in so many movies and series with seasoned stars like Agya Koo, Akrobeto, Auntie Bee of Efie Wura fame and many others.
