Kate Hudson Just Showed Off Her Post-Baby Abs In A Crop Top At LACMA Event
Kate Hudson recently attended the opening of Christian Marclay's Sound Stories exhibition at LACMA. While the evening was all about the premiere of the innovative fusion of art and technology, I can't get over another impressive debut: Kate's post-baby abs.
The actress posed with former CAA agent Michael Kives at the event. She wore a blue crop top and skirt combo that framed her fit bod, specifically those crazy-toned abs. Her torso is truly a work of art and deserves its own exhibit at a museum (and a party to honor each clearly defined abdominal muscle in her 'pack).
(Reminder: the actress and her boyfriend Danny Fujikawa welcomed their baby girl, Rani, last October, and Kate's pregnancy was no picnic .)
So, what exactly did Kate do to carve those oh-so-toned abs in the last year? Back in December, she became a Weight Watchers celebrity ambassador. That was two months after giving birth to her daughter, and she set a weight loss goal of 25 pounds. "Health and wellness is my number one, and I always say what works for me doesn't work for everyone," Kate shared at the time.

Kate continued sharing progress updates via Instagram. It was around April that Kate reported she was nearing her goal weight . "Ive done it without stressing on food or working out like crazy although I have been disciplined," she said.
The proof's in her variety of workouts, which she also shares with followers on the 'gram. She makes sweat sessions using The Mirror look effortless. Kate also makes crop tops look effortless, too.
