Stephen Appiah, Afia Schwarzenegger, Countryman Songo rock celebrity workout

The maiden edition of the celebrity workout saw several sports personalities storm the Aviation social Centre to workout on Saturday 23rd September, 2017.

The Aviation Social Centres was the centre of attraction on Saturday as the likes of Stephen Appiah, former Back Stars skipper, Laryea Kingston, a former Black Stars midfielder, Countryman Son, a sports presenter, Derek Boateng, a former Black Stars midfielder, , Afia Schwarzenegger, a comedian and TV host and a host of other sports personalties and celebrities undergone exercise to keep kit.

The exercise which lasted for barely three hours also witnessed all kinds of keep-fit clubs and private individuals participate in series of aerobics in their quest to keep fit

As part of the exercise the participants received Participants also benefited from free medical screening and established networking opportunities as well having photo sessions with various celebrities.

The event was powered by Primeval Media, with support from Acacia Medical Center, Awake Mineral Water and Origin Zero (GGBL).
