Many Clouds is the favourite to win the Grand National for the second time in a row, with Leighton Aspell aiming for a hat-trick.

Last year's winner Many Clouds heads a field of 40 for Saturday's Grand National following the final declaration stage on Thursday.

Jockey Leighton Aspell won the famous race at Aintree for the second year in a row 12 months ago and will attempt to pull off a treble on Many Clouds.
The Oliver Sherwood-trained nine-year-old leads the market for the world's most famous steeplechase over four miles and two-and-a-half furlongs.
Pineau De Re did not make the final cut as the 2014 Grand National winner does not command a high enough rating.
The Grand National is the main event at the three-day meeting, which starts on Thursday.
