Twins pay tribute to Prince in style, Pujols homers
The Twins paid tribute to Prince, who died on Thursday, before Monday's game and Oswaldo Arcia made it a celebration with a walk-off home run in a 4-3 win over the Cleveland Indians.
Seven white doves were released on the mound and only Prince's music was played for walk-up songs.
Pujols brought up homers number 564 and 565 in the Angels' 6-1 victory over the Kansas City Royals.
A nine-run sixth inning set up the Arizona Diamondbacks' 12-7 win against the St Louis Cardinals and the Chicago White Sox rallied past the Toronto Blue Jays 7-5.
The Tampa Bay Rays shut out the Baltimore Orioles 2-0, the Boston Red Sox edged the Atlanta Braves 1-0 and the New York Mets overcame the Cincinnati Reds 5-3.
Miguel Cabrera led the Detroit Tigers past the Oakland Athletics 7-3, Nathan Eovaldi guided the New York Yankees to a 3-1 win over the Texas Rangers and the Pittsburgh Pirates cruised past the Colorado Rockies 6-1.
The San Fransisco Giants edged the San Diego Padres 5-4, the Seattle Mariners claimed a 3-2 win over the Houston Astros and the Miami Marlins beat the Los Angeles Dodgers by the same scoreline.RED-HOT CABRERA
Cabrera went four-for-four with two home runs, one double, one single and four RBIs as the Tigers romped the A's. Cabrera's first long ball of the night ended a 50 at-bat homer-less streak.WALKER HOMERS YET AGAIN
Mets newcomer Neil Walker blasted a two-run homer to break a 3-3 tie with the Reds in the seventh. It was Walker's eighth home run of the season. Only Bryce Harper (nine) has more.

EOVALDI, PUJOLS STAR
Yankees starter Eovaldi carried a no-hit bid until the seventh inning against the Rangers.
Pujols connected on his 564th career home run, breaking a tie with Reggie Jackson for sole possession of 13th on baseball's all-time list. He also hit career number 565 in the fifth inning against the Royals.BLUE JAYS LOOK FOR RESPONSE
The White Sox's Chris Sale (4-0, 1.80 ERA) will look to become the season's first five-game winner when the 27-year-old takes on the Jays' R.A. Dickey (1-2, 6.10 ERA).
Carlos Martinez (3-0, 2.70 ERA) will toe the rubber for the Cardinals seeking his fourth connective start of at least six innings pitched. For the Diamondbacks, Shelby Miller (0-1, 8.59 ERA) will square off against the team that drafted him 19th overall in the 2009 draft, as the right-hander looks for his first quality start of the season.
