The supercar which the former boxer bought in July 2015 is very rare on the market. In fact, Mayweather’s Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita is one of just two on the planet.

However, reports suggest that the former American boxer has been forced to sell the car after he was duped of a huge sum.

The Swedish-made car has unique specs and is believed to be capable of hitting 62mph in just 2.9 seconds.

Another notable feature of the rare Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita is the diamond weave carbon fibre finish – something that is only limited to the supercar.

Mayweather bought the supercar for £3.8million in 2015, however, it remains to be seen if the value of the car will depreciate or rather increase.

The former boxer is well known for having good taste for flashy cars. Earlier in January, he auctioned his £1.85million Bugatti Veyron, while he has been pictured on numerous occasions parading luxurious cars in public.
