A 22-year-old second-year law student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Francisca Oteng-Mensah, last Saturday won the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary primaries in the Kwabre East Constituency in the Ashanti Region.

Francisca, who is arguably the most talked about after the NPP primaries, will be contesting on the ticket of the NPP during the next general election to become the MP for that constituency.
