Andre Ayew and Kevin-Prince Boateng laud LeBron James

LeBron James joined Cleveland Cavaliers in 2014 with an objective of delivering the NBA championship home.

Cleveland clinched their maiden NBA championship on Sunday after a 93-89 win over Golden State Warriors.

LeBron performed well with a triple-double of 27 points, 11 rebounds and 11 asssists in Sunday’s NBA finals at the Oracle Arena.

Ghana international Andre Ayew tweeted after the game:

Prince Boateng also joined the praise with the tweet:

LeBron James told ABC after the game:

"I understood what the people of northeast Ohio have been through over the last 50-plus years.

"I'm happy to be a part of history."
