An Accra Circuit Court Harriet Akweley Quaye has recused herself from a case where National Organizer of the NDC, Kofi Adams is said to have been defrauded by a businessman.

The judge who made the revelation known in open court, explained that her decision was based on allegations she had conference with prosecution in the case.

Kofi Adams is said to have been allegedly defrauded by Chief Executive Officer of Kamsak Limited Ghana of Arnold Asante of GH¢840,000 with the intent of using the amount to pre-finance tyres supply contract secured from Goldfields Mining Ghana at Tarkwa.

The accused is said have received the money but refused pay back as agreed
