The West Ham attacker posed for a photo holding his daughter, Maha, in his left arm and Jordan's son, Kian, in his right arm.

And Ayew, wearing Jalabiya and glasses, captioned the picture on Instagram: "Kian and Maha ❤."

Ayew has emerged as a transfer target for West Bromwich Albion, according to reports in the UK.

According to the Express & Star, West Brom manager Tony Pulls has cast his eye on the Ghanaian forward and is ready bid for him.

Ayew, who joined the Hammers from Swansea City in a £20.5 m deal, sustained a thigh injury on his debut against Chelsea, but returned strongly after two months on the sideline to finish the season with six goals.
