An internal memo cited by the Daily Graphic said “The Commission has declared vacancy for the position of Head of Public Relations and Communications only to staff of the Commission."

Meanwhile, the Daily Graphic has reported that the EC has moved acting public affairs director Christian Owusu-Parry to its administration unit while the principal public relations officer Sylvia Annor has been moved to handle protocol at the Commission.
