Robin Barton who is from California has reunited with Michael Buelna, the police man who rescued him from a dumpster twenty-five years ago when he was abandoned.

On November 21, 1989 said he thought he heard a cat from behind a dumpster in Santa Ana, California. To the police man's surprise he found a baby in the trash. The baby who was Robin Barton was born not more than four hours ago when he was found. Robin still had his umbilical cord and pregnancy fluids on him.

Nearly three decades after the fortunate discovery, Robin reunited with the man who most likely saved his life. The reunion took place on April 24, 2015. "I hoped that someday I would see him again" said Michael Buelna.

At the reunion was Robin's biological father Meza who had been looking for him for years.  According to him Meza did not know his son was abandoned. Robin's father was arrested for attempted murder, and his mum Serene Diaz was sent to three years in prison when she had him.

Robin Barton has met his biological father and sisters, five of them. He is now looking for his mum.
