Adomonline.com reported that the man dived into the floods that came as a result of a downpour in certain parts of Accra.

Reports say though the son whose name is only known as Prince survived, the father was carried away by the flood and dumped into a nearby river called Lafa.

The incident happened at Odorgonno Senior High School at Awoshie, a suburb of Accra and onlooker looked helpless and terrified as they saw the man eventually submerge in the river.
