Harley, 25, suffered the injury in the Warriors' 9-6 win over Scarlets in the European Rugby Champions Cup on Saturday.

"We're disappointed for Rob that he's going to miss a number of games, especially as he has been in great form this season," Warriors coach Gregor Townsend said in a statement.

"We wish him all the best with his recovery."

The second-row forward has 15 Scotland caps to his name but was not selected for the 2015 Rugby World Cup squad.

Scotland's Six Nations campaign starts at home to England on February 6.
