Italy have made one change to their starting XV for Sunday's Six Nations clash against England, Luke McLean replacing the injured David Odiete at full-back.

Odiete sprained his ankle in last weekend's opening 23-21 defeat against France in Paris and was ruled out of the contest versus Eddie Jones' men in Rome.

Australia-born full-back McLean subsequently takes the 15 jersey and will earn his 77th cap for Italy.

There was better news for the Azzurri with regards lock George Biagi, who was passed fit following a thigh injury sustained against France.

Treviso flanker Abraham Steyn and Zebre fly-half Edoardo Padovani are among the substitutes and are looking to make their Italy debuts off the bench.
