  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • For the fruit mix:
  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 4 medium kiwis, peeled, halved, and sliced
  • 4 cups seedless grapes (any color you prefer!)
  • Mint for garnish
