Murray has been a constant at the Rogers Cup since 2006 but, after winning Wimbledon on the back of making the Australian Open and French Open finals, the Scot has decided to pull out of this year's competition in Toronto.

"I always look forward to coming to Canada and it's the first time I've missed the tournament, the guys there do a great job and always look after the players," the three-time champion said.
"My body needs some recovery time after reaching the latter stages of tournaments over the past few months. I'm sorry to my fans in Toronto but I look forward to being back in Canada next year."
Murray has already played 46 matches this year, winning 40 and losing just six.
