England call-up Sale Sharks hooker Tommy Taylor as they go in search of a Grand Slam against France in the Six Nations

Uncapped Sale Sharks hooker Tommy Taylor has been added to the England squad ahead of their final Six Nations clash against France next Saturday.

Taylor??was called up by Eddie Jones to add another option at hooker after Jamie George suffered a??ruptured tendon in his bicep earlier this week??and the 24-year-old trained with the squad on Sunday.

Luke Cowan-Dickie was named among the replacements to provide back-up for captain Dylan Hartley in Saturday's victory over Wales, but Jones has now also added Taylor to the ranks.

England were crowned Six Nations champions when Scotland beat France on Sunday and will secure a first Grand Slam in 13 years if they prevail in Paris next weekend.
