Bissue completed his move on Wednesday and was unveiled at the club’s ground Highmark Stadium.
The 24-year-old box to box midfielder has been in search of a club since ending his contract at Ghanaian second-tier side Elmina Sharks, five months ago.
“I’m happy to have signed for a club now. It will not be my first time of joining a club in America. Two seasons ago I played for Impact Montreal.
“It will give me the needed opportunity to exhibit my footballing skills and my target is to help the club qualify to the second-tier and I believe with my experience we can achieve that,” Bissue exclusively told Pulse.com.gh from Pittsburgh.
