Outside linebacker Miller, who claimed the Super Bowl 50 MVP award after his superb performance helped Denver to a third title, has been in negotiations with the Broncos over a new long-term deal.

The Broncos placed the exclusive franchise tag on Miller, which would see him earn $14.13million in 2016.

Miller reportedly turned down a five-year, $114.5m deal last week but recently insisted on Netflix talk show 'Chelsea' that he would not sit out the coming campaign.

However, he now appears to have changed his stance, posting on his Instagram page: "I love my Teammates, Coaches, and My Fans" but there is "No Chance" I play the 2016 season under the Franchise tag."

The Broncos have until July 15 to come to terms with Miller before he would be forced to stay under the franchise tag.
