The defending champions have hit form in recent weeks, with this victory their seventh in succession.

Zebre twice took the lead, through tries from Italy internationals Leonardo Sarto and Guglielmo Palazzani, in a first half that ended 14-7 in the hosts' favour - Fraser Brown replying for Glasgow.

However, the Warriors pulled level when Ali Price went over six minutes after the interval and then took charge of proceedings in the final half-hour.

Alex Dunbar and Peter Horne crossed in quick succession and Zebre were unable to capitalise on the sin-binning of Pat McArthur in the 59th minute.

Restored to a full complement of players for the closing stages, Glasgow put the seal on their triumph with three further tries - courtesy of Taqele Naiyaravoro, Jerry Yanuyanutawa and Horne.
