Sunil Narine has been named in West Indies' 15-man squad for the World Twenty20 despite being suspended from bowling in international cricket last November.

The off-spinner had his action reported following a one-day international against Sri Lanka in Pallekele on November 7 and was later suspended by the International Cricket Council.

Narine was also named in the squad for last year's Cricket World Cup, only to later withdraw to work on his bowling action.

However, Narine is included in the selection for the World T20 that starts in India in March, while Darren Sammy captains the team.

There are 11 members from the squad that beat Sri Lanka to win the 2012 tournament, including exciting opening batsman Chris Gayle.
