Wozniacki was ruled out of Denmark's Fed Cup matches against Egypt and the Istanbul Cup this month after rolling her ankle in training.
The 25-year-old said she hoped to be back in action before long, but revealed on Monday she will not feature in the Madrid Open – which starts on April 30 – or the Internazionali BNL d'Italia in the middle of next month.
She tweeted: "Unfortunately my foot still needs time to heal so had to withdraw from Madrid and Rome! Two great tournaments, I'll be there next year!"
