Hip-hop artiste talks feminism in Ghana

"I support women because they are beautiful creatures," says E.L during an exclusive interview on Pulse.con.gh

In an exclusive sit-down at Pulse Chat, E.L expressed that he was an avid advocate of women empowerment and women’s right across the entire world.

When asked if he has noticed the current political climate that has seen the rise of Ghanaian women and men joining the feminism movement, E.L replied that he thought women have become more learned, independent and self-sufficient and so he is not shocked at the new wave of women empowerment.

“Women are becoming more educated about being more independent, self-sufficient and what a man can do a woman can also do. It’s all as a result of people getting more enlightened and you cannot hate them for that.

People are realising they have rights -- women are realising they have a lot more potential they thought they did so let the evolution continue.”

He then clarified that he completely support women all around the world since they were beautiful creatures.

“Of course I support women, the empowerment of women all around the world because women are very beautiful creatures.”
