Daytime makeup always calls for that au naturel look. While looking natural sounds easy, it is actually where the problem lies.

Most of us use it to conceal the imperfections, to emphasize our strong features, and to look better at work.

  • 1. Keep it Simple

You can fill in my eyebrows. The eyebrows frame your eyes, so never forget to define them. Lastly, apply several coats of mascara. It's a clean, fresh look for every day.

  • 2.  Avoid Black & Glitter

Makeup should be fun and highlight your beauty. However, if you work in a corporate or conservative setting, ‘too-much’ eye makeup is not working appropriate.

  • 3. Go easy on the contouring

  • 4. Choose a lighter lip

Bold lips aren’t necessarily a no-no for a daytime look, but if you want to play it safe, choose a lighter lip with a bit of shimmer.

  • 5. Switch up the smokey eye

The smokey eye is a timeless look that has stood the test of time. You don’t need to abandon this popular eye for daytime looks, but it’s smart to switch up the classic black for plums, greys, and browns for a subtler look for daytime events
